Egrove Systems

I have been working in eGrove systems since one year. It is the place to work and learn and freshers has more opportunity to grab the knowledge. Higher authority peoples are very helpful for new joiners and the company provides all facilities to every employee, flexible working hours. and they give the opportunity to get own results by employee. every employee should feel good and salary payments also very good and every year they give hike for the employee performance . it is the place to develop career and for freshers it is the place to gain certain knowledge how to work hard and also how to work in smart way.

I work with eGrove Systems for more than year and left the company because of management and Xavier torture. They will not let anyone to relieve smoothly and they will make notice period employee to beg for their relieving papers, Settlement and threaten using background verification. My Relieving also was not a smooth one. I had three relieving dates. Was tortured during my exit. Employees are treated to be as their slaves and should work more than 11 to 12 hours per day girls or boys doesnt matter but at the end of the day they will make us feel that we didn’t work at all. If we take more than 1 hour of break even after working these many hours they will put LOP. They always see the camera and watch individually, employees are not allowed to work freely. All employees are instructed to work according to the manager’s view and are not allowed to explore the same with creativity. They do micro management and suck the blood of employees. Fresher are hired with low salary, fake promises like onsite opportunities, Salary hike, etc, and when the realise the trap wanted to leave the are threatened by the bond they signed. I wanted to specify about Xavier, a stray dog who do cheap politics within the office. He tells bad about one employee to another and impose divide and rule, so that no one will form group to discuss anything bad about the company. He is a big backstabber and spies on each and every employee and spread rumors even if they don’t do it. Xavier knows how to make management happy and play a game between company and employees. He shows that he is working 24/7 but ultimately he works for only two hours and remaining hours he thinks how to create problem between each and every employee. I have never ever met such a cheap guys in my entire life. Employees have to beg for their salary and the salary is always a big problem. Mostly the salary is processed twice a month and I have never received my full salary on time. They have a worst bio-metric device and always find a point to cut the salary some way or the other. Sathish and Krish are nightmare of the company. They will torture the employees to work on week end too and they will not give any space for the employee’s personal life even in weekends. They always make us to feel that we have done nothing at the end of the day. No recognition for your hard work. Reports to be updated in several sheets. There is only one casual leave per month and that leave cannot be taken as per our wish. They will ask so many questions when we apply for leave. Annoying work space and no security for job. Why people come for Job? Salary, Recognition, Work Satisfaction, Carrier Growth - here none of them will be available. The positive reviews found here are cooked up by their own.

I worked here more than years and didn't treat me as like that. Even they didn't give much importance to me. They didn't consider me when I leave the company. And they will never provide extra salary for working extra time. Don't ever join this company in your life. And they really treat employees as slaves and they will not provide the proper salary to employees. During the notice period, they will torture more and they are really cunning. I really don't know whether they are humans or not? Will they treat their children and relatives like the same. Sathish and Xavier are two worst people who stand behind every employee and they torture to the core. Even HR supports only the management and not the employee. Please don't join this company especially freshers and even the experienced people. There is no job security even if you work well. No benefits for the employees. Career growth is zero. They almost tortured every employee who worked there and that is why everyone are posting reviews like this. When you people will realize and stop torturing the employees. Till that you will get reviews like this. Sathish is such a worst Director and he will never consider a employee and he never cares about the employee. He just wants money and nothing else. They just want projects to work and they never had a good relationship with the clients also. All the clients will be as trouble only for them. They will provide salary only if we get money from the client. The work environment is full of negativity. The CEO is sitting in the US and never cares for an employee and but we want money . Really bad to work in this kind of company. Please don't join and this is my kind request.

Teachers are well-prepared, organized, calm, thoughtful, caring and joyful. Excellent communication between the school and parents. We loved our time there, and were very sad to say goodbye, as my kids move on to elementary school! Wonderful school, loving, and so experienced. The learning capabilities made them to overcome their weaknesses and turn them into strengths. The faculty and staff are supportive and patient. The fellow parents are understanding because they are going through similar trials with their children. I would recommend this school to anyone. A good place to learn and gain more skills and the place where the children will start loving the school!!!

Some of them complained about this company.but, they really supported me well for the entire project and we don't push them to deliver quickly. It may take some time. so please every one keep in mind don't put any faulty complaints on such s growing company and again i'm saying eGrove Systems, a leading IT company well experienced in web development and I have awarded a project to them. They provided an excellent project delivery, highly impressed and a genuine company. It is highly recommended for any ecommerce development and design services. from my side i always give full support to this company.

eGrove systems fraud company. Sathish said, we will provide a quality of auction website with high look and feel and coding will be standard and they said we will design and develop site with seo friendly.But they didn't provide it. They will be asking only the money, they will not deliver website on time(Feb-19-2010).They are repeatably asking for feedbacks in elance, daily updates will not be given. Fraud company,egrovesys.com and egrovetech.com.They have many profile in elance and guru(egrovesoft,mcsel,openexpert)Don't believe them. They are cheaters in the world.
